Are different lengths available?
We can split wood to the length you require with a minimum length of 12" and maximum length of 20". Lengths shorter than 16" are more time consuming to process and are subject to a small service charge. For a quote please feel free reach out to us prior to placing your order.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order of firewood for delivery is half a cord of any variety we offer. For free delivery the minimum order is one (1) cord of any variety we offer. For smaller orders or custom orders which you would like please feel free to contact us for a quote.
How long until I get my order?
Orders are filled in the order they are placed. Once your order is received we will set up a delivery date. Our goal is to deliver your wood within a week of when the order was placed. During higher wait times a notice will be placed on our website to inform you of the current average processing wait times. As always, please feel free to reach out before placing an order for a delivery date.
Is your firewood ready to burn?
Seasoned firewood we supply will have 20% or less moisture content which is very acceptable for burning. We also sell unseasoned firewood at a discount rate that will need to be stored and seasoned for a summer before burning.
Do you stack firewood?
Stacking of firewood is not included in the prices on our website. The wood is delivered and dumped off of our flatbed truck in an area that has been identified by you and is accessible with our vehicle. If you need assistance stacking the wood we will be happy to help for a small fee. Please reach out to us for a quote prior to making your purchase.
